"Gazprom" bought a house in Riga for its head offices in the Baltics.

The world's largest gas company, the Russian "Gazprom" in April, completed the acquisition of three-storey mansion in Riga, with the amount of -2.2 million euros. It will house the head office of Baltic Mission of the Russian company.

The decision to open representative office in Latvia was adopted by the Board of Directors of "Gazprom" at the end of 2008. The head office of the Baltic representative of "Gazprom" will now be located in one of prestizhneyshth areas of Riga, in a three-storey building in Mezaparks.

It should be noted that the Latvian real estate market is gradually coming out of hibernation. Direct confirmation of this is increased interest of foreign buyers, not only to residential nedvizhimotsi Latvia, but also to commercial entities.
