Покупки домов в Юрмале происходят активнее в 2011 году

Статистические данные за первые десять месяцев этого года в Латвии отмечают, но увеличилось как общее число сделок с недвижимостью, так и продажа жилья, в частности. Об этом свидетельствуют данные Земельной книги. За отмеченный п период число сделок с недвижимостью выросло на 14,5% (по сравнению с тем же периодом прошлого года). Жилья было продано на 15,1% больше, в том числе квартир на 23%, а частных домов на 13,3%. В Риге за 10 месяцев 2011 года было продано квартир на 9,1% больше. Всего зафиксировано 4900 сделок с квартирами и 630 с домами. Число сделок с жильем в Юрмале за указанный период выросло на 31,7%, в том числе домов - на 47,9%, а квартир на 26,5%.

"У нас в России тенденция такова: усиливается отток капитала. В 2011 году будет не меньше, чем в прошлом, а тогда из страны ушло 55 млрд долларов. Более того, осенние события на мировых финансовых и фондовых рынках, новости о разрешении политической ситуации с тандемом и увольнение министра финансов Алексея Кудрина только подстегивают отток капитала.
