In July - a record number of real estate transactions in Latvia in 2010.

During the period from early 2010 until August, the prices of standard apartments in Riga increased by an average of 15.9%, according to a review of the real estate company Arco Real Estate. The biggest price increase was recorded in areas Jugla, Zolitude and Agenskalns - 19%. Least of all apartments went up in Pļavnieki and Kengarags, reports LETA.
